Waspie_Dwarf Posted March 17, 2014 Author #7 Share Posted March 17, 2014 Im looking forward to see the first Dane in Space I'm guessing that has something to do with you being located in a "A very small country north of Germany". Andreas Mogensen's flight will only last 10 days and I suspect that, outside Denmark, it will be greatly over-shadowed by a fellow member of the crew, Sarah Brightman. However I suspect that, as long as her performs well, he will be selected for a long duration station mission in the not too distant future. I have to say I enjoy his video diaries. He (and the French astronaut Thomas Pesquet) bring humour and personality to their reports.
+Noteverythingisaconspiracy Posted March 17, 2014 #8 Share Posted March 17, 2014 You are guessing correctly ! I think you are right about the rest of the world, but here in this very small country north of Germany, he will definately be the star of the mission ! Waspie_Dwarf Posted March 18, 2014 Author #9 Share Posted March 18, 2014 but here in this very small country north of Germany, he will definately be the star of the mission ! And so he should be. To me every single astronaut is a hero regardless of nationality, race or gender. They are the best of us, showing us what humans are capable of if we put our mind to it.
