I'm no expert in the field, but as I understand it, now that the Higgs Boson has been found to be a fact, there is no longer any mathematical restriction to time travel.

DARPA would be a likely candidate to be doing experiments in that area.

There has never been a mathematical restriction to time travel, simply an immense energy requirement and not knowing if causality would prevent it.

The Higgs is just responsible for giving things mass.

I gave up with watching this crud. Really! Not sure it is even worth a considered response. I don't see time as a travelable medium.

It's interesting to think about as a possibility. However, I know that time travel will not be publicly accessible in my lifetime. There's no way that I'd let 1972 happen as it did.
