DHS in New York is urging store employees and others to turn in people who are buying MRE's and flashlights as potential terrorists. Apparently they will pay $500 for that information.

It's something about having the "s" on the end of the http with the video showing up thing. When you put the video in the link, change the dropdown from https to http.

edit: or it might be change from http to https. But I know it's something to do with the s.

The "s" denotes a secure website.

telling things like that has been happening for years,

Breaking: MO Dept. of Revenue Subpoenaed On Backdoor Gun Registration With FEMA and DHS

Earlier this month Missouri Lt. Gov. Peter Kinder held a press conference to expose the backdoor gun registration operation in Missouri. Kinder accused the Missouri Department of Revenue of working with the Department of Homeland Security to install new hardware and software to obtain data on Missouri citizens and transfer this information to DHS and unnamed third parties. The last state senator to use his subpoena power was then state senator now Governor Jay Nixon.

The Department of Revenue denied the claims.

Yesterday, Missouri state Senator Kurt Shaefer subpoenaed the the Missouri Department of Revenue to produce all documents between the Department of Revenue and any federal agency, including but not limited to, the Department of Homeland Security or FEMA, regarding driver’s license and ID information of Missouri citizens.

Senator Shaefer said this about the suspected privacy abuses, “This is one of the most appalling abuses of privacy rights I have encountered in state government. I can not and will not allow unelected bureaucrats to erode the rights of Missourians

If a governmental institution openly asks for denounciation, it's never a good thing. That would bring back a lot of very sad memories in Germany, not only of Nazi Germany, but also of East Germany and the STASI.

I don't know why I'm having trouble getting youtube vids to embed lately.

You can't embed with the link you're using. Click the Share link under a YT video and copy paste that URL directly. Ctrl C (cut) and Ctrl V (paste) make it even easier. Make sure the check box is unchecked. You will see yours checked when you do this the first time.

I see allot of WW 2 / Nazi references as reasons for watching the Government more closely . But with the re- distribution of wealth in the U.S. I think the French Revolution is what the powers that be fear . When ARMED Citizens over throw the existing Government .

Any one have a blue print for a guillotine ?:gun:

I agree, Obama is exactly like Hitler, I fear him more than any other world leader. Heck, he probably fears opinions like this as much as you fear him!

The people are far too complacent to put any effort into a revolution, especially armed. Look at what happened to OWS. That will never happen in the next 50 years. An armed takeover is uneccessary in today's world, all you need to do is not show up to work for one day the country over, and whatever you wanted you got it. You couldn't do that 300+ years ago and make it have a massive effect like it would in today's world. Drop your guns and get with the 21st century please. Thanks.

Anyone have a blueprint for a strait jacket by any chance? We will need quite a few in the near future.

Obama is nothing like Hitler. It's silly to say that.

Hobby all the way :tu: That is unless a complete government melt down happens or ebola makes it`s big charge. The gun laws up here are pretty strict so hobby forsure. I just want to buy them in case there comes a day I can no longer do so.

Just for the record he is not the one who said Obama is exactly like Hitler, you did :innocent:

You are the first one on this thread.

That's usually the comparison made so I'll change it.

The American government in 2014 is nothing at all like the Nazi government of the 30's and 40's.

Close enough.

I hear you, guns may be a rarity in the future, and it'll be cool to tell your grandkids about them. "I got this before it was made illegal to get them, so don't tell anyone I have it."

Let's hope they don't make bullets illegal too, heaven forbid! I hear they have something to do with guns, but not so sure....

By the way, your gun won't help you if you get Ebola. I may use it to put myself out of my misery if I get Ebola however. Which would then stop me from having Ebola, so problem solved.
