Seeder....where did you get that quote..can you add the link, please...

and I expect people who work in sensitive areas or for agencies do change their name...

I've known about Dan Burisch for years and the stuff he comes out with is certainly a 'challenge', to say the least...

Maybe truth is indeed stranger than fiction...

Maybe his stuff is a mixture of fact and fiction....dunno....

But there are supposed to be two different groups of 'insiders'...one lot who want the public brought into

the whole UFO/ET thing...and given information...and one lot who want it kept completely out of the public domain forever...

He could be associated with the former

perhaps?

.

well Bee, that particular set of quotes was from here: http://www.rense.com/general69/drdan.htm

But its a common set of statements when you dig

eta:DAN even responds on that link!

sorry about the name was knee deep in another case

I can't take John Lear seriously, at first he was kind of interesting but now he comes out with all types of bull****. He regurgitates other people's "accounts" as facts, an incredibly gullible individual.

Yes. But what happens to these people? How can a guy like John Lear just go nuts? Gordon Cooper too? Are these people just plain marginally insane? So... most everyone connected with ufology seems to be insane, or close to it. It's not like they're getting rich telling UFO stories. So, Steven Greer has been completely smeared... yet the Disclosure Project seems to have some value. Insanity just isn't that common... what would make someone (John Lear) believe the Earth is hollow, and the Moon is an artificial satellite? Don't know.

OK so another vid about area 51, J-rod, and Lazar. Hardly new news is it?

Please don't involve yourself, then.

But if all the videos have consistent details then that's evidence that it's all true. Right?

No, of course not. Are all these people just making stuff up? Why? Could you live your life... just making up lies? Don't think so.

I just wonder why the poster says it was debunked already, yet still posted it? Maybe its an open door for zoser whose other threads have got tedious

Because being "debunked" is not the last word... perhaps some can/will be Un-debunked.

why would that be? I dont believe in possessions, therefore, I dont believe in exorcists, however, I do believe in people with sever mental problems, and lesser mental issues, like delusions. Youd know about that wouldn't you? :tu:

Please set aside the puerile attacks for awhile...

I know at least 2 ppl here on the forum those are responsible for that Ufology is getting rotten continuously.

Maybe you've got a point... could you phrase this in an understandable way, without making a personal attack?

This guy says it very well.

Zos... this guy's testimony, stains by association, those trying to do a reality-based study of what may be an extra-terrestrial phenomenon.

Nice video Bendigger...cheers

Near the end when they were talking about that black triangle shaped craft and showing the visual reconstruction of it in Bay 8...

I thought.....Rendlesham..!!!

Oh...and near the beginning when Dan Burisch said the being was 'clearly being mistreated'....I felt sad and upset about that...

.

Yes. I am very curious about Dr. Dan Burisch. Has he been "debunked"?

Bee, how many times have you changed your name? IN fact, why would anyone do that? Yeh pedos ok, and others with skeletons in the closet I guess

Do read.

quote:

"His name today is Dan Burisch. Before that it was Dan Catselas, and when Eyewitness News first ran into him, it was Dan Crain. "Doctor" Dan Crain,

Burisch says he worked in an underground lab at S-4 near Area 51, the same place first made public by Bob Lazar. Inside he met an extraterrestrial named Jrod and they became pals. He also met angels in the lab and they spoke in Hebrew.

On Frenchman's Mountain, Burisch discovered the first seeds of life on earth. Who believes this stuff? His wife Deborah for one. She signed a sworn statement saying she too works for MJ-12, the secret government. Family friend Marcia McDowell, another alleged secret agent, supports the story too. It's grown more complex ever since we first heard some of it in 1990. It's more complex now.

There are photos of Burisch and his wife in military garb saluting each other. Neither ever served in the military. Intriguingly, they have a sticker on their windshield that allows access to Nellis AFB. Would a real government scientist be allowed to openly dribble out government secrets? We asked former army intelligence Colonel John Alexander.

"It's highly improbable," said Col. John Alexander, retired army intelligence. What about his PHD? Burisch says he earned his doctorate in 1990 at Stony Brook University in New York. The school says he was never a student there. Burisch says his records were erased. But at the time he supposedly earned his degree in New York, records show, he had a full time job in Las Vegas as a parole officer.

He now says he flew back and forth to the school on weekends. Ridiculous, the university says. He met his wife as a parole officer. She was there on drug charges. She's spent 12 years in the PBX department of the Mirage, but that's just a cover job.

We asked MGM Mirage if they know they have a secret agent working for them in a cover job. They do now. Marcia McDowell, another secret operative, who solicited our coverage a few times, is seen in a video as she uncovers a space probe on Frenchman's Mountain and then meticulously dissects it's sophisticated electrical tape and rubber tubing.

Someone else who believes Burisch is his mom, Dodie Crane, although she has some doubts too. "If my son is the biggest bull****er in the world, I want to know about it," said Dodie Crain, Dan's mom.

Like everyone else in this story, Dodie declined an on camera interview, but told us her son, whom she hasn't seen in 12 years, is telling the truth. She's written her own book about it. :tu:

For a final opinion on this story, we turned to a man who helped to inspire it and who supposedly was in the secret program with Burisch.

"This is the biggest bull***t story I have ever heard in my life. Anybody that actually believes this guy should be ashamed of themselves. I never worked at Tonopah. I never met this knucklehead," said Bob Lazar. (wow thats a first from Lazar)

The sticker on the windshield is from Nellis. The United States Air Force says it's a low level sticker, easy to get, allowing access to the commissary, and that you can get one if you've had a relative in the military, as Deb Burisch has.

Also, Eyewitness News did talk to UNLV where Dan Burisch really did earn a B.A. in psychology. He's listed in the alumni guide as having that PHD from New York, but UNLV told us the alumni guide doesn't verify someone's post graduate credentials, so just because it says PHD in the guide means little.

ok... this IS a "debunking" of Dr. Dan Burisch. I find it difficult to believe that all these people are profiting financially from making up a story. Dr. Dan Burisch is not exactly "famous"... why do it? I wouldn't be able to sustain a lie of this magnitude for very long. Is this another "insane" ufo guy?

Ta...here's the link so anyone interested can read his reply...

http://www.rense.com...ral69/drdan.htm

Thanks for this... Dr. Dan's rebuttal seems a little weak, yes? If Dr. Dan is a fraud, then "J-Rod" is likely non-existent. I know there is credibility somewhere in the UFO field... where?

Yes. But what happens to these people? How can a guy like John Lear just go nuts? Gordon Cooper too?

Yes indeed they can!! What makes them immune to the ravages of age? Dementia? Have you ever been with a parent or Grandparent as they live their final years to their deathbed with one of these conditions? Do you realise how COMMON these conditions are?

You have been shown that Gordon Cooper had a serious problem with his former employer, and that as soon as he was rejected as mission leader for Apollo 13-14. After that he suddenly started seeing flying saucers and blaming that very employer - coincidence? And you have never had the guts to face Edgar Mitchell's statement which refutes Coops. Are you calling Coops or Mitchell the liar here? Because you cannot believe both of them as they say different things.

Uncomfortable for you I am sure, facing facts often is where the credulous are concerned.

Astounding that you think UFO story tellers are super humans immune to any human condition, or human error. That's the magical 5% - the discrepancies that cannot be resolved rationally due to the fantastic nature of the claims. Of the alleged 5% of unknowns, and considering the above, it seems more likely that figure is accurately reflected as about 0.0001%.

Are these people just plain marginally insane?

No, some are totally insane, that's part of being human. But I would wager that the reasons for extraordinary claims are as numerous as the claims themselves.

So... most everyone connected with ufology seems to be insane, or close to it.

How do you keep coming to these one sided jaded conclusions? After all your time here how can you still think UFOlogy is entirely associated with the Charlatans you and your buddy Zoser keep championing? I have listed the names of the credible people studying this phenomena in the fields of Physics, Astronomy, Astrobiology and Meteorology. It is completely dense to keep insisting one side of UFOlogy covers all. Only the most arrogant of fools would put George Adamski and Michio Kaku in the same boat.

It's not like they're getting rich telling UFO stories.

Rubbish, many do, and rich is not the entire goal, some of these people simply avoid an honest days work their entire lives, and live of the benefits of the credulous. That is rich in a sense - never having to work. These retired old men can either spend their days alone in a nursing home awaiting the grim reaper, or they can talk UFO's to noobish Journalists and garner attention from all sides as well as many benefits just for offering a story an appeal to Authority.

So, Steven Greer has been completely smeared... yet the Disclosure Project seems to have some value.

Yes, Greer is 110% discredited no two ways about it, but the Disclosure has no value, who on earth gave you that crazy idea?

Of course, your partner in credulity. Never mind. But that statement is impossible for you to back up.

Insanity just isn't that common... what would make someone (John Lear) believe the Earth is hollow, and the Moon is an artificial satellite? Don't know.

Age. You know it is not a shame or crime to break down as one ages, it's nature.

Because here you go - perfect example. Lear, a very accomplished man in his day has some amazing claims that are simply not true. And you can pursue these subjects yourself to find out why he is 100% wrong. What has he to gain? Apparently nothing, what money does he make from these claims? Seemingly none, but they are fabrications all the same - no getting away from that.

Please don't involve yourself, then.

It is a discussion forum, you need to learn to take the good with the bad, if you do not like comments, then a blog would suit you better.

Could you go on a serial killing rampage murdering women and children? Could you hijack and fly a plane into a building? Don't think so, Some have though, yet according to your logic it's not going to happen.

I can't believe that people would seriously consider that Dan Burisch and wife have any credibility whatsoever. As for John Lear, the guy believes you can breathe on the moon amongst other things,in fact is there any crank claim he has heard that he doesn't like?.So long as Ufology.in some quarters, still accepts people like this it will never get out of the ghetto its in now

Stephen Hawking, Brian Greene, Michio Kaku, Freeman Dyson, Neil DeGrasse Tyson, Carl Sagan, Enrico Fermi, Alan Guth, Jacques Vallee, Alexander Vilenkin, Arvind Borde, Simon Conway Morris, Dr David Morrison, Max Tegmark or Frank Drake ought to be enough names to kick you off.

J-Rod is likely non-existent? LOL!!! :w00t:
