‘Pie-scraper’: 30,000-calorie burger

23 posts in this topic

It is enough to make a vegan weep. Takeaway boss John Clarkson has taken extreme food to new heights, or should that be depths?

For the man who brought a grateful world a giant, fried and battered Ferrero Rocher, has now created the world's tallest burger. And he has filled it with pies.

Mr Clarkson and wife Corinne, 39, spent an hour-and-a-half assembling the structure on a metal stand to ensure the tower didn’t topple.

Not exactly fast-food then, is it? Nor is it a take-away.

And judging by the picture in the article, some of the burgers weren't properly cooked.

And I thought American's were whacked out with the bigger-than-really-necessary-food.

So he wanted to create a world record, well he has, as the most excessive burger maker. What a waste of a few cows lives.

Edit:

Obviously too busy wasting a cows life for a world record instead of saving a humans life by giving away some of that meat he can afford to give away.

Do they have adverts in America asking people to donate to the starving children? Just asking!

Yes, actually we do...

Does not affect people like him.

I do not give money to these ads, for my reasons, but am aware of the hardship around the world, even in home country, just think today this kind of "game" to get hold of a world record is wrong.

Look at the picture freetoroam, he's from Lancashire.

Jeeze, missed that bit, read a post about Americans. Thanks OS

Editing post now.

Well, that makes it even worse, we are constantly bombarded with adverts about starving children, we have people from all corners of the world wanting to come here because they think life is so rosy here and then this dick comes up with this, no wonder people are flocking to England if they think we can give food away.

It's the old "I just want to do it for the hell of it". This should be filed under just becasue you can, doesn't mean you should. Edited by paperdyer

Meanwhile in third world countries...

Seriously. 30,000 calories. That converts to 10lbs of gained fat to the human body.
