+DieChecker Posted June 19, 2014 #5 Share Posted June 19, 2014 When I look at who should be a judge, I only look at what they have done to deserve being a judge. When he has the black robe on he should not identify as black, male or gay, but only as an impartial human being. Judges that are openly political get me really angry.

Imaginarynumber1 Posted June 19, 2014 #8 Share Posted June 19, 2014 (edited) he should not identify as black, male or gay, but only as an impartial human being. Except this is America so only the first 3 actually matter. Edit: Not that I disagree with you. Edited June 19, 2014 by Imaginarynumber1

Sweetpumper Posted June 19, 2014 #10 Share Posted June 19, 2014 The only people that care that he's black and gay are the ones that want to keep people to be divided. That's the only reason as to why it's pointed out.

supervike Posted June 20, 2014 #12 Share Posted June 20, 2014 (edited) An openly gay black judge? Is that legal? As long as he is not Atheist, I think it's ok. Edited June 20, 2014 by supervike
+DieChecker Posted June 21, 2014 #13 Share Posted June 21, 2014 As long as he is not Atheist, I think it's ok. Personally I'd like a Agnostic, because he'd be on the fence with both sides...
