Such as the Florida law about elephants being tied up to parking meters... Florida is traditionally the winter home to several large circuses, and in the past some of the elephant trainers would take their friendly elephants down the town streets for a stroll (it also served as advertising for the circus)... Occasionally they would stop off at a store, etc, and would tie their elephant off on the meter.... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
