questionmark Posted July 17, 2014 #1 Share Posted July 17, 2014 FRANKLIN COUNTY , Fla., July 17 (UPI) --A 12-year-old Florida boy was arrested for the second time in a month after he took a school bus for a joyride. During his unsanctioned trip back in June, Michael Propst took a Bay District school bus to Walmart. The second theft occurred less than 24 hours after Propst made a court appearance for taking the first bus.
