while I agree with you in principle, intellectually... your comment makes me think you've never personally known anyone who is psychotic. not much choice there.

Psychosis is an entirely different situation. From what was being discussed I wasn't thinking about those with mental illnesses.

Oh, I have a cousin that's schizophrenic...if he's not on medication he's not capable of choosing much of anything (behaviour wise).

Agree with Lilly. Mental health versus sin, fornication and drunkenness, is an entirely different matter.

It's almost like saying "ignorance is bliss".
