We did some more weeding, trimming, and cutting in the front yard yesterday. With the planters starting to go crazy and flowers coming up and blooming, our yard is starting to look like a real yard. The swamp is retreating. :D

  1. I am very happy when I see my grandchildrens faces beam after I have given them pocket money as I never had any when I was young because my grandparents had no spare change they were very poor, but I did get their sweet/candy rations during and after the war

We had to take down 5 mighty oaks today. They were getting to big and with the recent tornados in our area it was time... My son in law took the wood for his fireplace and it really opened up our property to more sunshine.

A job.is a job

Earning money is honourable,  and by finding one thing u look forward to when u go to work you will Rock that day.

I am (if it matters at all) proud.of you for.being thankful for ur job.cause it.shows.character!

I agree with DD having a job usually make you feel accepted and making money always helps. I retired a few years ago because of health issues but I am looking to again enter the work force. Nothing stressful and it will have to be part time...

I feed the pigeons, I sometimes feed the sparrers too. It gives me a sense of enormous well being.
