It could just be you and you only. Well, my senses have been telling me that I am not alone. And I had an accident today in which I sprained my ankle in a forest and hit a tree-trunk extremely hard. I have one also. If you shut it down using the side button to turn the screen off and then open it back up it usually works, but the page you were on is gone. The tech person on the phone support said it is incompatible with some sites because of Microsoft's enhanced security. IFL science crashes every time on me because of all of the ads.
