I find that song very poignant. Now, when I hear it, I will think of you and her, pallidin. :( My condolences to your loss.

So very sorry. :( :(

Man i'm sorry. Life has a way of throwing things at us, and things happen that tear us apart. Good memories last through that though, and when it is all said and done it is the good times we cherish. I'm sorry for your loss. I know how it feels.

Remembering my ex-wife with love, who passed away before she even turned 50.

Last year I went to my High School classes 45th reunion... My ex had been a classmate, and I really was not looking forward to encountering her - only to find out that she had died (reportedly by suicide) 10 years earlier... While we did not part on the best of terms, I never wanted this for her... Her demons finally got the best of her, but perhaps now she is free of them...

Her name was Sharon - but this song fits...
