Poor shark ....people in Northern qld, were also concerned about croc's and snakes being flushed out of the rising rivers and estuaries due to the flooding. But then even taking a leisurely walk (weather permitting) on the beaches up that way, one still has to keep vigilant and aware of the large crocodiles that can come lunging out at you, whether it be from the water, or from under the gentle swaying palm trees.
