I'd far rather have a good cold Pepsi

Well that's irrelevant to the topic...But enjoy your diabetes in a bottle :tu:

There's another brewery that I toured in Washington state its called Red Hook and they have a nice restaurant and gift shop and of course samples after the tour. The beer is good and they say that Budweiser spills more beer than they make in a day...

But, according to your username and what we can surmise from it, you like absinthe, right? Or do you even know what absinthe is?

CK you are correct I like to travel and visit areas of interest..There is one other brewery that I toured in upper New York State called Matt Brewery and they produce Saranac beer which in my opinon is very good.. The tour there is a little different as they have many antiques along the tour and ask questions of the tour group and if you answer one correctly you get a ticket for a extra beer at the end of the tour..Some of you may remember this brewery back in the day as Utica Club..

After this week, a cold, tall beer sounds exactly what I need. I'm off to down one before I go to bed.

Classic old school coolguy. Personally I hate Pabst but to each their own.

I love it. If I don't feel like forking out the money for craft beer, it's PBR all the way for me. I've turned a LOT of people onto PBR.

CK the Mohegan Sun Casino in our area has a very big Octoberfest every year around the middle of September. I know it gets bigger and better every season with all kinds of German beer and food plus live music. It runs for 3 days and draws huge crowds. The Lion Brewery held a couple of Octoberfest events but I think the liability insurance was to high.

I wouldn't even know where to begin. The "northeast" is gigantic and I'm only from Pittsburgh. I'm hardly the guy to direct you to historical sites though. The Internet would fare much better for you. I also have roots in the New England area and IMO that's where you'll find the most historical sites per square mile but again that covers several states. Good luck man.

Boston and Philly are two areas of interest but no biggie man, just figured i might ask a few people on here about certain areas and find out what they knew...I have found it best to ask people who have actually been to certain places if they are worth it,searching places on the net can get annoying sometimes because everywhere wants to convince you that their attractions are the best lol

Well, beer isn't exactly the worst beverage to drink. It's nutritious, low in calories and all natural.

Some studies even claim beer can prevent and fight of certain diseases.

So no worries for your temple as long as in moderation I guess :)
