Woman drinks two bottles of vinegar a week

Still Waters

Recommended Posts

Most people like the occasional sprinkle of vinegar on their fish and chips.

But one woman is such a fan of the condiment she drinks a tongue-curling two bottles of the stuff every week.

Ella Ruby Ginn has been drinking vinegar by the glass since she was a child.

The 19-year-old is a fan of all varieties but says she especially loves to sip away at malt and apple cider vinegar.

She even keeps spare sachets in her bag in case she gets a craving when she's out and about - and claims to get through nearly 184 pints a year.

I'm a big fan of ACV, but only 2-3 tablespoons a day.

I haven't needed antibiotics for almost 8 years now, so it appears to be working!

vinegar is wonderful for cooking, but i admit, I've never drunk it straight.

i did try to get drunk on cooking wine several times in the past though, so, you know, i ain't going to judge

It does not look like it is hurting her, attractive healthy looking lady. I love Apple Cider Vinegar too, but on salads and chips usually. Not weird enough for news I would have thought, but here we are.

I've read that it's not good to drink it straight because the acid affects your tooth enamel. ACV should be mixed with water or juice, and then you should rinse your mouth with clear water.

And of course: All things in moderation!

Imagine how it makes her smell though.

I agree with the other poster, it has a nice smell and does not permeate everything like say, Garlic.

My grandmother said drink it before meals helps you to lose weight it also is good to mix with water and pour it on hair thats tangled

like a child's tangled hair it takes the tangles out.

I couldn't help but think that she could be suffering from some sort of deficiency or intestinal problem which compels her to consume the pungent fluid in vast amounts. Theres things I like too but don't feel compelled to guzzle or scarf down tons of it.

Something else is possibly at play that she isn't aware of.

Wow, wouldn't that eventually cause gastric issues? I've done the ACV thing, one teaspoon in a glass of water about 30 minutes before meal. It helped with acid reflux for a while. ACV has elevated potassium content and could act as a diuretic to an extent.

it's a lie . Anatomically is impossible. The story is not real !

If you accept this, then you have to accept that UFO;s are real and Mars is crowded with life and advanced aliens.
