We learn from the very beginning than when we cry, someone will be there to accommodate us. Oh I see ... a little crying baby (like a mewing kitten or a bleating lamb ) is aggressive now ? Absolutely! The baby imposes its will on the unsuspecting parent. Of course, that is natural but it is still an aggressive action. This is perhaps the very first lesson we learn. Yes, everyone is born that way. Did I say it was justification? I don’t so. I said I acknowledge the nature.

I'm just disagreeing with your proposal that US business deals in SA directly fund terrorism. (any more than your ownership of a car 'funds' road traffic accidents). In this book he discusses why science, through the enlightment period specifically, improved humanity as a whole, including religions. This however, excludes Islam. According to Shemer, Islam never went through the radical changes of Judaism or Christianity, hence its proclivity for violence. He goes into it in on his website: http://moralarc.org/why-islam-of-the-three-great-monotheistic-religions-one-did-not-go-through-enlightenment/ for all those who want to read. Naturally I thought of you folks over here when I read this, and was curious what your thoughts were. I disagree with Michael Shemer that Islam never went through a period of enlightenment. It was treasonably tolerate and moderate up until the house of Saud turned Islam into thuglam.
bmk1245 Posted July 28, 2016 #136 Share Posted July 28, 2016 Are we there yet?.. I still don't see how islam (total subservience) can go through enlightenment without major revisions of Quran (which is a "word of God"; yeah... right...) and its interpretations. The US does directly fund terrorism btw, but she does that through funding and arming the 'FSA', not 'SA'. Quote For the simple fact the USA is Saudi Arabia's greatest ally (oil interests, petro dollar), thereby completely and utterly ignoring the main ideological and financial source of Wahhabism. This besides setting the ME on fire based on blatant deception, thereby creating a prime extremist breedingground, ofcourse. So, as you say, I guess we're done here .. ? Youre actually serious here, arent you. It does not 'imply that', Gardener of Roofs. T'is only your skewed mind at work Im afraid. Isnt the first, and certainly wont be the last time, Im quite sure. I'll gladly remind you Phaeton80, but.... if you won't react to my content, then presumably you will not react to aforementioned reminder ? Bit of a contradiction there, no ?
