Merc14 Posted July 23, 2016 #1 Share Posted July 23, 2016 (edited) I don't know what is going on here but it looks like she is having a seizure of some kind. She tries to play it off but something odd is going on. First video is real time and second is slow-mo with the reporter's reactions and dramatic music. Poppi Posted July 23, 2016 #2 Share Posted July 23, 2016 Her human skin is at war with the lizard within. Or she is sick, and not revealing her health condition.

She's just so horribly unsettled around people that she over does her attempts at emotion I think. People see Trump as dangerous but I think this bird has far more potential to cause the world problems. Think Libya ...

To me it looks like she lost muscular control and the reporters are obviously alarmed at what they are seeing. She laughs it off and pretends to do it again (that is the feigned response) so she is aware of what happened and understands the issue. You could be in the middle of making dinner, walking across the room, or typing an e-mail when you freeze, then suddenly snap out of it, and continue as you were before the seizure. These are other possible symptoms of an absence seizure: Being very still Smacking the lips or making a chewing motion with the mouth Fluttering the eyelids Stopping activity (suddenly not talking or moving) Suddenly returning to activity when the seizure ends http://www.hopkinsmedicine.org/healthlibrary/conditions/nervous_system_disorders/absence_seizures_134,16/

I don't know if you have ever seen anyone who has had a seizure, or know anyone that has seizures..but you DON'T know what happened afterwards, and you certainly don't remain standing. I understand your hate for this woman, but this is unnecessarily reaching.

Daughter of the Nine Moons Posted July 23, 2016 #18 Share Posted July 23, 2016 I lived with someone for 17 years who had 3 different types of seizures. That is definitely not a seizure and this thread and that video hits a new low.

It happens primarily with children and is rare in adults.

I suppose if you are a neurologist you could say that, but making a suggestion on a forum such as this about someone in a video, I don't care who seems pretty innocent. it could happen to anyone and is not normally a cause for worry about them functioning on the job. Quote There are more than 20 different seizure disorders. One in ten Americans will have a seizure at some time, and at least 200,000 have at least one seizure a month. http://www.encyclopedia.com/topic/Seizures.aspx Unfortunately, seizures may develop immediately after an injury to the brain or may develop in delayed fashion, showing up months or years after the initial trauma. Generally speaking, the risk of post traumatic seizures is related to the severity of the injury- the greater the injury, the higher the risk of developing seizures. Even mild to moderate injuries can result in seizures. http://www.braininjury.com/seizures-and-head-injury.shtml Edited July 23, 2016 by Dyna add

I texted my dad and sent him a copy of the video. His professional medical opinion: That is nowhere near a seizure. So that should settle it.
