Although I doubt this proves British people are actual villains when it comes to food its interesting because we've all seen offerings like this.  Who can remember that over priced sandwich with little to no filling or a bizarre flavoured packet of crisps etc.  And dont get me started on that "full" English Breakfast thats served on a shovel - without bacon!!!!!

Oh my goodness. Why do they seem to think obviously canned baked beans added to any dish are somehow an improvement? And they look like the cheapest and most disgusting of canned baked beans.

Oh and if you want weird chip flavors, we Americans might have you beat.

It/they certainly put you off of those pre-packaged sandwiches that you can buy in shops and supermarkets.

#3 - I'd be willing to bet this is the meal of a poor college student. Lol

#9 - This looks like something 'We Want Plates' got a hold of....

#13 - I've actually eaten Spotted Dick and it's quite interesting. What's more fun is cooking it: you put the whole can in water and boil it.

There crisps, not chips.

The pics are mostly fails, no an actual representation of British food.

Bet the place that serves the breakfasts in the shovel has something to do with railways.

What I pictured is what we call chips. What you guys call chips are, to us, more like fries or potato wedges.

British           American

Crisps          Chips

Chips           Fries

Biscuits        Cookies

That's all I can think of off hand.
