Baz Dane Posted July 30, 2016 #1 Share Posted July 30, 2016 - "IRS officials are investigating the Clinton Foundation for alleged fraud after dozens of lawmakers asked the tax agency to open an inquiry."http://www.washingtonexaminer.com/irs-opens-investigation-into-clinton-foundation-activities/article/2597857 Ya, I'm sure they will be really digging into it. Like the F.B.I. with the emails. Doubt it will go anywhere.
Doc Socks Junior Posted July 30, 2016 #2 Share Posted July 30, 2016 Russia did it! Trump is the worst! Wait, sorry, that wasn't applicable here. Or in any of the other threads.

Or in any of the other threads. Not necessarily. I am getting a lot of Facebook spam about how Trump violated the Logan Act. There are quite a few people beginning to call for an investigation on whether or not he has financial ties to Russia and is guilty. (Especially in the form of debts) I wouldn't be surprised if an inquiry about Donald Trump's tax/finance history is opened up as well. Granted it is another tax-payer funded fishing trip, but that seems to be the norm these days.
Michelle Posted July 30, 2016 #4 Share Posted July 30, 2016 That deserves a thread of it's own if true. This one is about the Clinton Foundation.
Doc Socks Junior Posted July 30, 2016 #5 Share Posted July 30, 2016 Heh. Can't believe someone actually tried to derail it this quickly. Interesting to see that donors received special access to the State department while Clinton was there. And we find this out from her emails. At least, the ones she didn't delete. And where did the email investigation start? With the Benghazi investigation. Some really useful information about the corrupt inner working of the government coming out in these 'taxpayer funded fishing trips'.

Hasn't happened yet, so no need for a thread at this time. But other than the original poster no-ones talked about the Clinton Foundation. Everything about Clinton seems to have become so ho-hum lately. Maybe you could go dig something up for us to spicy it up some?

It may be a surprise to her supporters who refuse to listen or excuse it all away.

Baz Dane Posted July 30, 2016 Author #10 Share Posted July 30, 2016 This will part a part of the investigation I would think... Here's Peter Schweizer, author of 'Clinton Cash' writing a piece for Breitbart News(who are decidedly against Hillary Clinton). In it he mentions that the New York Times did their own investigating... "- What they found confirmed what I had reported. They ran a 3,000-word, front-page article in the paper confirming that: - Bill and Hillary Clinton had helped a Canadian financier named Frank Giustra and a small Canadian company obtain a lucrative uranium mining concession from the dictator in Kazakhstan; -The same Canadian company, renamed Uranium One, bought uranium concessions in the United States; -The Russian government came calling and sought to buy that Canadian company for a price that would mean big profits for the Canadian investors; -For the Russians to buy that Canadian company, it would require the approval of the Obama administration, including Hillary’s State Department, because uranium is a strategically important commodity; -Nine shareholders in Uranium One just happened to provide more than $145 million in donations to the Clinton Foundation in the run-up to State Department approval; -Some of the donations, including those from the Chairman of Uranium One, Ian Teler, were kept secret, even though the Clintons promised to disclose all donations; -Hillary’s State Department approved the deal; -The Russian government now owns 20 percent of U.S. uranium assets." http://www.breitbart.com/ (my underlines) Here's the original NY Times' article referenced... - "Frank Giustra, [...], has donated $31.3 million to the foundation." http://www.nytimes.com I read about this last year and if I remember correctly, Hillary Clinton said that she wasn't the only one who signed off on the deal as a defense for accusations. Which is probably correct, but her influence(the whole Clinton power machine) on others to sign was of course impossible to prove. If only we had those 33,000 emails she deleted, and a non-corrupt judge to go through them. Anyways, here's an interesting title from Mining.com... - "Russia took control over 20% of US uranium after Uranium One’s associates made lavish contributions to Clinton Foundation" - "'I am pleased to inform you that today we control 20 percent of uranium in the United States. If we need that uranium, we shall be able to use it any time,'" Russian state corporation Rosatom’s head Sergey Kiriyenko said in his address speech to the Russian Parliament after Rosatom consolidated 100% of Uranium One Inc. (U1) in January 2013 and takes it private." http://www.mining.com/ Here's a good article on it... - "In this case, though, Bill Clinton also accepted a five-hundred-thousand-dollar speaking fee for an event in Moscow, paid for by a Russian investment bank that had ties to the Kremlin." http://www.newyorker.com/ I'm sure I've read a poster or 2 here at UM that are screaming about supposed Trump to Putin ties or Trump to Russia ties. But let's see... we do know Bill Clinton went to Russia for half a $Mil... to give a speech. And we also know that long time friend and business partner, Frank Giustra, made lots of money from it. We know that the Clinton Foundation made lots of money. And apparently, only 10% goes out to actual charities it's reported? We also know that Russia now owns 20% of the United States' uranium supply. We also know that Hillary Clinton signed off on that deal. Hmmm Odd... that doesn't look like Trump with Putin does it...

+DieChecker Posted July 31, 2016 #12 Share Posted July 31, 2016 It does seem that both Clinton's have padded their Foundation with money of people who "mysteriously" ended up with extra favors, contracts, access.... That projects of organizations that hired either to speak got green lights from the FedGov after large speaking payments, and/or Foundation donations. Nope... No corruption here. No money for favors here....
