There never was a Dr Jonathan Reed.  His name is John Bradley Rutter and he and two mates did the whole thing, each taking on roles as necessary.  A quick Google would have shown that... 

It was endorsed by Jaime Maussan, so you must have known, surely, that it was 100% bullcrap.
