Likely Guy Posted August 25, 2016 #1 Share Posted August 25, 2016 The rules are in the description. GOOD DOG! Do whatever you want! Mountie + baby beaver = most Canadian photo ever? "It's hard to imagine anything more Canadian — or more adorable — than a photo of a Mountie cuddling a baby beaver." http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/saskatchewan/mountie-cuddles-beaver-kit-regina-1.3731190 P.S.: C'mon you heartless b*******, share!
Astra. Posted August 25, 2016 #2 Share Posted August 25, 2016 Aww - that is certainly an adorable story and a very cute picture LG. Here is another sweet story from Australia - concerning a police officer and a joey (baby kangaroo). http://www.bbc.com/news/world-australia-36195819

Why would the police interfere with wild animal behavior. For all they know that was a very important fight for territorial rights or a way to determine alpha male.
supervike Posted August 25, 2016 #6 Share Posted August 25, 2016 3 hours ago, Clair said: Meanwhile in the US.. officers break up a bald eagle street fight. I think those cops are breaking the law. According to the Bald Eagle Protection Act: prohibiting the take, possession, sale, purchase, barter, offer to sell, purchase or barter, transport, export or import, of any bald or golden eagle, alive or dead, including any part, nest, or egg, unless allowed by permit (16 U.S.C. 668(a); 50 CFR 22). "Take" includes pursue, shoot, shoot at, poison, wound, kill, capture, trap, collect, molest or disturb (16 U.S.C. 668c; 50 CFR 22.3) Molest or Disturb being the key words. Anyhow, back to Canada!! Great pic of that Mountie. If there could have been a baby moose as well, it would have exploded the internet.
