shadyghost Posted August 29, 2016 #1 Share Posted August 29, 2016 I have experienced many unexplained phenomenon in my life, mostly occurring to me while under the age of 20, ranging from typical "ghost" experiences to demonic and a few just unexplained. I separate the experiences because each of them struck me with a distinct different "feeling". There are a few that stand out to me and have never left me and cannot be explained away by the usual methods, ie, dreams, tricks of light, miss identified information etc. Not that I doubt my own experiences with the other weird things I've witnessed, I just wouldn't list them as 100% unquestioned unexplained experiences. One of the most vivid and life changing occurred to me as a boy of 7. I was alone looking for my best friend who lived in the neighborhood two houses down from mine. I rode my bike to his house and knocked at the side door. When no one answered I started to walk toward my bike which I had laid down in the driveway beside the garage. As soon as I reached my bike a thought pops into my head to look for my friend in the garage. I had never been in my friends garage because it was his fathers car workshop and he usually kept it locked up tight so I'm not sure why I had that thought. I must of sensed something was amiss because I remember being scared despite it being mid day before I walked over to the door and opened it up as quick as I could. I immediately saw what I could only describe as a being of light composed of millions of swirling floating particles sitting a few inches above a steel filing cabinet not five feet in front of my face. I find it absolutely ridiculous that it was sitting in the air above the cabinet with its legs crossed and its head resting on its chin as if in a thinking position. It was very small, probably as tall as me or shorter and very thin, not unlike a small child of my own age at the time. As soon as it came into my view it jumped into the air in an overly surprised manner throwing its hands out and ran a few steps in the air away from the cabinet and disappeared in a swirl of floating light particles. I was obviously terrified and immediately jumped on my bike and rode as fast as I could back to my house glancing back behind me the entire time. I remember telling my mom frantically, who said what she always would say about any unexplainable experience, "It was probably an angel". I left it at that.
