Debbiedecker Posted September 28, 2016 #1 Share Posted September 28, 2016 This picture I took from my television screen of Ghost Adventures in episode mining cave. If you look closely you can see a few little teeny tiny spirits my camera picked up on in my photograph.
XenoFish Posted September 28, 2016 #2 Share Posted September 28, 2016 http://skepdic.com/pareidol.html Your brain likes patterns, it will create them when there isn't one. One of the problems is that you're using a picture of something that's on tv. It's like making a copy of a copy. The image degrades.

Debbiedecker Posted September 28, 2016 Author #10 Share Posted September 28, 2016 This picture I took in a campground it's a very close up of someone's truck parts as it looked odd to me with the shadow lighting casting on the windshield may or may not be anything but it's quite interesting to take a peek at. Zenith Posted September 28, 2016 #11 Share Posted September 28, 2016 Can you provide the original versions of photos (without enlarging them) and indicate with a circle or arrow or something where you think you see something. Thanks.

I did look closely and I saw none of that. Ghost Adventures is just a TV show. Nothing in it is real, it's all staged.

I've looked closely and I can't see "teeny tiny spirits". I think maybe you're looking too hard for paranormal things you expect to find in photographs. Honestly, none of the photographs you've posted so far have looked remotely interesting or paranormal to me.
ChrLzs Posted September 29, 2016 #17 Share Posted September 29, 2016 May I suggest, OP, that if you are genuinely interested in this stuff, then please drop that camera/phone whatever in the nearest bin and buy even a <$100 *real* camera. Then, get someone to help you *not* over-enlarge or process the images, and learn to resize them to suit posting here. What you are posting might as well be drawn in crayon.. - sorry, but sometimes we need to call it as it is... .

Debbiedecker Posted September 29, 2016 Author #21 Share Posted September 29, 2016 I don't get it but I've never been in a group that is so judgemental in my life nobody knows my paranormal background. I don't think being hurtful is the way to go to make new friends.

I don't think being hurtful is the way to go to make new friends. This isn't people being judgemental. This is people giving honest advice and critique to photos that, honestly, don't look like anything paranormal. If you don't want feedback from the things you put online, it would probably be wise to not put them online.

I come here to laugh, and occasionally, learn something, and rarely, have no answer. Edited September 29, 2016 by Sakari
Vorg Posted September 29, 2016 #24 Share Posted September 29, 2016 It could be pixilation, distortion, pareidolia, or a number of things. Claiming it is spirits, which have never been proven, versus the aforementioned which have been proven, is why no one can take the grainy picture seriously.

I don't think being hurtful is the way to go to make new friends. You're mistaking judgmental for skeptical curiosity. And of course no one here knows your paranormal background, you haven't said much about it. And if you're "being hurt", that's totally on you and not anyone else here. Just because you don't like the advice and critiques doesn't make them any less insightful or helpful. Grow a thicker skin.
