Atuke Posted October 21, 2016 #1 Share Posted October 21, 2016 49 years ago to this day the infamous PGF was in the can at this hour so to speak. During the 60+seconds of film that was recorded, Patty stoicly paced through the lime-laden creek bed of Bluff Creek and trampled up the mountain and watched Roger and Bob scurry around as they figured out WTH just happened. In short, she peered down at these two on a nice mountain ridge as they cast her prints and gathered what info they could to make her the infamous Sasquatch we all see 49 years later in the PGF. Celebration is in order, especially next year for the 50th anniversary. We can speculate and wonder if her and her KIN are still alive. Good day to Patty! oldrover Posted October 21, 2016 #4 Share Posted October 21, 2016 Is it only 49 years? It seems like much longer to me. And, I wasn't even thought of in 1967.

You're assuming only 60 seconds of film was taken but why? Are you assuming Paterson rented (tried to steal) an expensive camera only to take 60 seconds of film? Wouldn't it be nice if we could see that original reel of film, complete with outtakes and processing information? Yep sure would be but somehow Patterson lost it and all we have is a blurry copy of 60 seconds from that reel of film and a whole lot of questions.
