I think a lot of states have made it a lot easier to vote by mail ahead of time. If you ask me, we should all vote by mail. One ballot mailed out, one ballet recieved. It goes into a machine where the ID is matched against registration, and there you go. Hire one guy at State level to work year round to align registration with death and felony records, and look for duplicates, and you eliminate a lot of fraud right there.
