Ok, what crimes has Trump been found guilty of? The only ones I can come with are stuff like the 'Trump University' thing (still in court) and various real estate stuff that everyone sues everyone else for all the time (hence my calling him a 'sleazy business man'). In the construction and real estate business law suits are literally rampant (I have a family member in this business).

Also...if Mr Trump is involved in criminal activity why hasn't the DNC trotted out the evidence of this? I mean, now's the time to do this (if they have anything).

The DNC has indeed been trotting out a great deal of it, as has the media. We've also discussed his various legal issues on some of the topic threads.

So, in addition to the Trump University fraud allegations, the sexual assault allegations (including an allegation of marital rape), as well as his various election law violations, here's a small sampling of various other violations. You might call them 'shady', others have called them 'illegal.'

  • Violated sales tax laws through the empty jewel box scam. Forbes
  • Violated IRS rules by using money donated for charity to buy himself a Tim Tebow-signed football helmet. The Washington Post
  • Violated NY state education laws for operating an investment school without the required license. Reuters
  • Violated federal law by falsely claiming proceeds from various Trump products would go to charity. Politico
  • Violated NY state law by secretly lobbying to prevent a casino from opening in the Catskills. The Washington Post
  • Violated federal law by using a Trump Organization speechwriter. The Washington Post
  •  Violated a US trade embargo by pursuing commercial activities in Cuba. Bloomberg

Well then, if this is all true then I think Mr Trump needs to be prosecuted for these actions. However, if there's insufficient evidence then that might explain why this has yet to happen? BTW, The Washington Post sort of despises Trump. As for Trump being involved in 'shady business practices'...I'd say that's pretty much a given.

But, just like the sites that say Clinton is secretly selling out the entire country to Saudi Arabia (due to donations to her foundation) this kind of stuff is all very speculative. Personally, I'm willing to judge both candidates on the platforms they are presenting and wait on all the speculative claims.

I'm really into the idea of term limits for all politicians. Most of us can agree politics in general is incredibly corrupt. Therefore the idea of people who have been entwined and involved in this corrupt system for years and years makes me uncomfortable. Because it suggests to me that someone who has been a politican for years and has not tried to change the corruption, well, they are just too dang comfortable with it now.

Add to that campaign finance reform so they don't spend all of their time running for office and raising money.  Also do not allow elected officials to transition into a high paying job as a lobbyist or corporate officer for a business they were supposed to be regulating.

What's become quite evident Lilly is that both candidates appear to be above the law. Oh and speaking of sell-outs, five bucks says the FBI is investigating Trump's links to Russia in light of the hacks and his support of them. Rumors have been circulating and my guess is that they are most likely true.

By the way, whilst both The Washington Post and The New York Times are endorsing Hillary, The WP's editorial board tends to lean towards the Republicans, whilst the NYT leans towards the Democrats.

I would have liked that post ten times if I could have.  This is something Hillary would never consider. It goes agents her make as much money off of politics as you possible can agenda.

Here is a question.

Which candidate is most likely to get away their "shady", corruptive behavior while in office?

I'd say that is Hillary.
