WIPED OUT: Jubilant scenes as troops confirm TOTAL DEFEAT of ISIS in Libya

LIBYAN troops crushed the final pocket of Islamic State (ISIS) resistance in a bloody firefight this evening to officially mark the terrorist group's total defeat in the country

There were jubilant scenes in the coastal city of Sirte as the last group of jihadi fighters on Libyan soil were wiped off the map in a major offensive.

The fall of the strategically important settlement - which ISIS once boasted it was use as a gateway to invade Europe - marks a monumental moment in the group's inevitable slide to all out defeat.

the post gaddafi Libyan troops aka the "rebels" are merely a different name for ISIS... They hold they same ridiculous beliefs but simply got rid of their competition.  lets not rejoice so early... Gaddafi openly warned about Al Qaeda, Isis etc as being the rebels, at that point the same MSM that has been pro Hillary deemed them the good guys worthy of support.

Libya was in better condition in Gaddafi's hands.

"Libya could become even more chaotic after the Islamic State loses its stronghold"

Did anyone else notice that ISIL is loosing ground everywhere ever since Russian planes started targeting their oil business in Syria? Since then they seem to have great difficulties holding on to their territories. Lack of ressources maybe?

Letting the refugees out of the areas was the greater factor in allowing full and precise Air Sorties targeting wider specific grounds without incurring civilian casualties ~

Plus the syrian army being mobilised, and the Kurds also hunting them....and yes the Russian airstrikes are helping massively. Then theres the potential news of a missing/killed or injured leader, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi. He hasnt been seen or heard of for weeks now...is he dead? As with most war strategies, you always go for any 'leader'.... thus with no-one to issue orders....well, it breeds confusion and lack of direction

Not to mention, ISIS have a recruitment problem.... I saw an article a few days ago where new recruits consisted of old men and young boys.

I recall the russian military hitting every ISIS convoy carrying oil back and forth near the Syrian-Turkish border a few months ago. This seems to have put a dent in their financial ressources. It's a fact that merceneries are quick to look the other way when they don't get paid enough.

Israeli rockets strike Damascus military air base

A Syrian military source has said Israeli rockets hit an air base near Damascus. No casualties have been reported, however.

Reuters reports the Israeli rockets hit the Mezzeh military airport at about 3 a.m. on Wednesday. Syrian state media Syrian Arab News Agency also confirmed the report.

Isn't that almost always the case with the dictators we, i.e., the U.S., displace?

In addition, it's my opinion that this is merely a "win" on paper and agree with AdealJustice assessment:

It seems to be the failed formula that keeps getting implemented.

It is exactly that, we cannot simply now say that Libyan state extremists won against Isil extremists. That would open the door for more criticism of the people that wanted to invade Libya to begin with. Hint the democratic establishment , Obama camp, HRC , etc .

These folk seem to have no allegiance to America and are using the U.S to set up certain conditions in the world for which their globalist cronies will conveniently have a solution for.. theres a term for that I think. Its called "Ordo ab Chao" or order out of chaos...  there are more terms for this but you get the jist.
