It's good to see that the brave squirrel's owner rewarded him...

And then let him have the night off to enjoy a cool frosty one...

"Nobody can believe it because who can say they have a squirrel that guards their house which is crazy. You can't ask for much more than that. He is a pain in the butt, but he is great," Pearl said.

Me too. Just like grandma made.

Roll the squirrel pieces in flour, salt, and pepper.
    Brown in butter.
Add squirrel and all other ingredients, (with the exception of the tomatoes), to the boiling water, cover, and simmer for 1-1/2 to 2 hours.
Add the tomatoes and continue to simmer another hour.

There not only great watch squirrels and body guards, they also make great pilots :w00t:

But they make crappy electricians though.

Squirrel's amateur electrical efforts leaves 262 without power

A squirrel with an amateur interest in electrical engineering met its end on Sunday afternoon after it climbed a hydro pole and messed around with the connections, according to Hydro Ottawa.

The electrical grid operator said the furry animal’s tampering caused a hydro pole to catch fire and damage an overhead conductor, leaving 262 customers without power in the Ambleside Drive, McEwen Avenue and Richmond Road area.
