Still Waters Posted February 20, 2017 #1 Share Posted February 20, 2017 A Japanese police force is offering martial arts classes to foreign tourists in a bid to build trust and improve officers' English proficiency, it's reported. Claire. Posted February 20, 2017 #2 Share Posted February 20, 2017 Thanks for the free martial arts lesson, but I would rather you simply tagged along whilst I toured your lovely city. That would be my response. But seriously, it's a great idea, and both sides get something valuable from it.
