Still Waters Posted April 26, 2017 #1 Share Posted April 26, 2017 A Metropolitan Police officer has been crawling the London Marathon in a gorilla costume since the race began on Sunday morning. Tom Harrison, who goes by the name Mr Gorilla, is raising money for the Gorilla Organisation and has yet to complete half of the 26-mile race. The 41-year-old Londoner started at 10.34am on Sunday. By lunchtime on Wednesday, he had reached Rotherhithe station - about 11 miles into the course. https://uk.news.yahoo.com/man-gorilla-suit-still-crawling-171603466.html Video: https://uk.news.yahoo.com/man-crawling-london-marathon-dressed-204649512.html Wow! good on you Mr Gorilla I hope you make it to the finish.
freetoroam Posted April 26, 2017 #2 Share Posted April 26, 2017 Maybe next time he should lose the suit and just stick with a picture of a gorilla on a t.shirt. Nice to see he took part for a good cause, but i think he is dragging the "advertising" bit - a bit too far.
Keel M. Posted April 26, 2017 #3 Share Posted April 26, 2017 A week is how long it would take me to do the marathon dressed like a normal person and fully upright.
Gingitsune Posted April 26, 2017 #4 Share Posted April 26, 2017 But, are we sure it's the same person under the mask?
