Fake news is now being used (distorted facts) in an attempt to create deliberately, widespread distorted perceptions and beliefs. eg" Vaccinations cause autism " is a fake/distorted fact, which can lead to terribly distorted perceptions, and thus tragic behaviours and consequences. .
