Remembering memory

I have bean wondering this for a long time on how to remember my memory's that may have bean repressed or "taken" anyway, I would like to know if anyone would know how to get them back?

Hi, welcome to UM.

It kind of depends on how you lost them; just forgotten over time? Something traumatic caused you to repress them? You physically had the piece of your brain which held them removed? 

If anything other than the last, then there are ways to possibly get them back.

Can you give a bit of context?

How do you know you've lost any?

Memories are malleable, changeable and implantable, and were never 100% accurate initially anyway....

That said, you could dabble with hypnosis/regression therapy, but don't trust the results.  The regained memories may simply be what you (perhaps subconsciously) want them to be...

I wouldn't. I know some people who have had some pretty damaging experiences, resulted in ruined families etc.
