Found cool stellar evolution flash applet: how star moves across HR diagram from main sequence to red giant, how star temperature, size and luminosity change as star evolves. Star masses - from 0.7MSun to 100MSun.

Missing ratios: total number of stars, total supernovae, total nebula, total ...
The author suggests the same or a similar number of supernovae remnants and stars.
If you include the ratios, everything falls into the water.
