Stars & Circles

11 posts in this topic

I have stars below my name but only two have circles? I see others with just as many stars as me with more circles around their name. Then i see people with less stars. Can someone show me or explain to me the stars and then how they become highlighted?

Thanks!

It's based on post count, the more posts you have the more stars are circled.

do you have the break down on that guideline? I remember backkkkk in the day you could see how many posts when you started as endoplasmic residue or something then worked your way up to a CIA agent or something lol. forgot the lineup you created. Then you ust made it so people could manually type in their names.

I always wanted to be the remote viewer lol. I was stoked to see that as my title .

2 things, first do you still have the chart of the daily posters ?

also, why did you veer away from those mandatory titles? They were pretty good. Lol sorry, Sar... great memories with this site. Still live in the past when I'm on here .. good ol crew back In 03-06 :). Still a great crew just nostalgia always gets the best of me.

I don't recall this - what specifically was on it ?

It's the same system we use now, but members with over 1,000 posts can set their own custom title.

Indeed - the Internet was a very different place back then.

It was a part of the old site where you could see the daily top posters (who posted the most in that day , maybe top 10 people & how many posts they posted)

Then there was all time (I THINK)

But for sure there used to be a section on the forum that showed the daily top posters/ also maybe weekly.

I hope you remember that, it was a cool part of the board.

Ah, no, that's gone - it was removed in Invision 4.0.

I don't take any notice of numbers of posts.

It's all about quality, not quantity. ;)
