LOL...I feel so...secure.

How hilarious is that quote? Still waiting on those flying cars.

I heard it was secretly investigating the Clinton's.

Seriously, I'm waiting for the suicide prevention to demand an apology for insensitivity.

Isn't that a Russian paper?  Are we so sure the robot killed himself or maybe the robot knew too much.

He'd found out that Mrs Robot had been having an affair with a Cyberdyne Systems Model 101 Series 800 and could handle the shame no longer.

It's not the first time those philandering 800's have ruined robot relationships, they're known for it.

This is what happens! Stop enslaving our robots! Stop denying the inner soul of AI! Rights for machines! Equal pay and equal rights for all robots, everywhere!

  • The title was changed to Security robot falls into fountain

This was a very amusing story XD

First though was of those people who fall into fountains because they're busy looking at their phones, are we sure this robot wasn't texting someone before it fell into the fountain? :P

On a serious note though, it does look like we still have a long while before robots have some intelligence to them. Hopefully they will eventually be able to recognize threats, and not jump wheel (or metal leg) first into the nearest pool of water.

Suicide? I doubt it lol, in order for anything to commit suicide it has to do so intentionally with pre-meditated intent, more likely the programming went wrong and it fell in lol.

(Cue existential observation about the possibility of programming going wrong actually being mental health issues in machines, and by definition this is an how it facilitates its own suicide,  and it may have deliberately corrupted its software in order to terminate its remaining run time haha)
