Magnesium Circle Thought Experiment

What *theoretically* *could* physically happen to a person if they sat inside a magnesium circle at the tide line, when the tide came in over them?

Im trying to figure out if anything "occult" would happen by sitting in a magnesium circle and getting hit with water. Specifically if occultist ever drew circles of magnesium like they did with salt or if magnesium's ever been used as a conductor in rituals? Im sort of shooting in the dark..

Probably not. If this sort of thing where actually possible loads more people would be doing it.

Nothing would happen unless the magnesium is lit. Otherwise it's just a circle.

If you replace the magnesium with sodium exiting things will happen when the tide comes in !
