Duh, shoes of course!

You don't say! Presumably when you take them off you float away.

Don't be silly, that's what socks are for.

I think you may be joking but just in case you are not:

What happens when you take your socks off?

I am of course joking.

It does however highlight the problem of trying to argue logically with people who think illogically. You can't.

To emphasise my point; the moment you use 'real' science you become a part of the conspiracy in their eyes. Either you have been brainwashed to accept the cultural norms or you are directly involved in the coverup. If you mention any 'facts' such as gravity or size and distance of moon and sun to earth you will be countered with untestable nonsense and branded a globist.

It's called potato chips.

They are governed by the obesity force. It is an inverse square force that is mediated by particles called corpulents. Corpulents shed return unless they are acquired by someone else. This is the reason my corpulent status is unchanged. I acquire as fast as I shed.

If it isn't flat, how do you explain Norfolk?

I was reading about libration the other day. It is what allows us to see 59% of the Moon's surface. How are flat earther's going to explain that?

There are two flat earth views for this.

1.  There is an upward acceleration

2. Density/Buoyancy/Pressure

Both have been easily refuted.

Most flat earthers believe the moon, like the sun is a flat disk.

They prefer Corpulent Earth Theory.

That is a problem because from the Earth we can see 59% of the Moon's surface. The view is slightly different over time.

To be honest I don't think they even know about it. If you believe gravity is a hoax, why bother to study orbital mechanics ?

It looks kinda cool though.

Over one lunar month more than half of the Moon's surface can be seen from the surface of the Earth.

Absolutely but you see, one of the requirements of believing in a flat earth is to eliminate logical thought.

So, Norfolk doesn't exist? OK I can believe that.

Quote

Did you know?...

...It is said that the term's predecessor, non plus ultra, was inscribed on the Pillars of Hercules at the Strait of Gibraltar, which marked the western end of the classical world. The phrase served as a warning: "(Let there) not (be) more (sailing) beyond." The New Latin version ne plus ultra, meaning "(go) no more beyond," found its way into English in the 1630s.
