People could see them in meditation for example. Yes they are, or even fantasy to speak it plainly. But what makes you think "Real Fairies" are likable? The old stories are not so clear on this. It is only the modern sanitized Disney Tinkerbell image that most people grow up with today. That is fantasy too. If you hold any of those stories to be true, then there is a dark side to them as well. Enjoy what you see in meditation, you might be able to control your thoughts.
