BERLIN (Reuters) - A man arrested after walking through town swinging the severed head of his sister-in-law by the hair told police she had provoked him, German prosecutors said on Wednesday.

There's also that story i read on the same day of reading that one.Maybe they happened around the same date anyways doesnt matter.

I think it took place in South Africa. A man walks into a large downtown supermarket just before as its preparing to close.He heads straight for the meat section and finds the biggest butcher knife.He used a twelve inch I'm pretty sure, and he rested the knife down on the chopping board and pushed his neck against it killing himself instantly at the halfway mark.I dont have an article but those are the basic facts. I could try to find one.
