All I know is that they're telepathic. They may have a "hive consciousness" like the greys. Albeit they appear insect-like, they're closer to warm-blooded animals.

Here's a little info on praying mantis aliens mac.

The abductee related that one night, after visiting his mother, his vehicle was stopped in the roadway by an oval, metallic object with colored lights. He said he was then confronted by several entities who escorted him into their craft. When asked to describe the entities, the abductee said that they resembled praying mantises. He said the creatures did not converse with him, but somehow he knew they were ìnon-violentî and he was not afraid of them. He described the inside of the craft and stated that there were about 20 praying mantis-creatures on board. He was taken to an examination table where they ìscraped the skin off my hands, they clipped my fingernails and took blood.î Sometime later he ìwoke up at a traffic lightî and was several hours late getting back home. Young intended to have the abductee repeat his story on videotape, but the man died soon after his interview. Oddly, the man was employed as an insect exterminator at the time of his encounter.

Praying mantis aliens

The praying mantis alien isn't take very seriously, even by abduction researchers. The reason for this is because the first reports of this type of alien was made by John Lear, a person who's credibility is practically nil.

There are abductees, however, who still report contact with this type of alien.

My opinion is that they just don't exist.

*Psst McKenna...* Ever used Google before?

http://www.google.co.uk/search?sourceid=na...g+mantis+aliens

It would help if you at least ATTEMPTED to do a bit of your own research before you post a thread with an opening one-liner which doesn't contain any of your thoughts or input on the matter. Google is easy to use! original.gifgrin2.gif <--- Smileys added for niceness.
