blazeboy84 Posted November 25, 2003 #1 Share Posted November 25, 2003 I was just wondering if anyone here knows a lot about computer, and knows when the Intel chip is going to fall, or a new CPU is going to come out for the PC either AMD or Intel... Also I need people's help on buidling a computer for gaming. The cost should be no more than 1500 dollars. IM currently stuck on everything except CPU- choosing a p4 3.2 HT tech. and monitor, key board, mouse, sound card, speakers are all excluded. You would think that they'd have the greatest knowledge concerning what would work best for your requirements. No doubt they keep up to date on all the recent innovations and best buy deals. bathory Posted November 28, 2003 #6 Share Posted November 28, 2003 ummm, $1500US? you could get a very nice pc with that:) ummm perhaps look at the new amd 64bit chips? and a 256meg Radeon 9800 Pro:) if its for gaming, i reccomend you go with a CRT monitor as LCDs are still inferior in terms of picture quality.
