  Moth or Jet Fighter

Moth or Jet Fighter

Uploader comment: Any Entomologist knows that a vital ability of insect survival is their ability to mimic their surroundings. For example; the Mantid species have evolved to look like twigs, leaves and even other non-lethal insects. Moths have even been known t look like bees and wasps to throw off their potential predators. But can this mimicking ability of insects go as far to imitate the new artificial objects mankind is responsible for in their environment? The moth you see here beside my resident number by my door gives the answer as a resounding yes, as it seems to have perfectly mimicked a JET FIGHTER.
