Ghosts don't "pose" for the camara. These girls are all looking at the camara with big smiles waiting for the click.

........looks like a dirty disposible camera lens, with a slight touch of double exposure and numerously "carelessly" being dropped on the ground......Oooops!!!

Not photoshop exactly. Its more of a combination of lighting (Darker room no flash) three models, changing the shutter speed and over exposing. Very creative, but oh so over done.
