What the crap??? Hardly consider that paranormal or ghostly... Most like bad lighting, an outside flash of light, or something, too small, makes no sense.

simply crappy photograpghy skills, all it is, is a light that seems to be from the tv, it looks like you turned off the tv just as you snapped the shot and the light is coming from the light thats flashes when you turn off the tv, and you moved the camera cuz thats how the streak is formed and everything is is blurry so you had to have moved the camera

Nothing "unexplained" here...especially considering that every one of these is of a baby & so small that you can't see what's going on....FAKES!!

Too small to really see, but looks more like simple damage to the negative caused this. Sort of how the Hildebrant brothers used to put scratches and such on films to make raygun effects in their garage movies as teens.
