Uploader comment: Watching one of those ghost cams on the internet that tale a snap shot every 20 seconds and i think to me this looks like "the lady in gray" that haunts this library. this ghost looking thing was there for only this photo at the time the camera took the shot and then i watched it for another 5 minutes to see if i could find it again but it never showed up again please tell me what you think.

Willard Library GhostCams If you go here you'll see a ton of these kind of pics. The library has been a haunted hot spot for decades. TAPS even investigated it on Ghost Hunters.

It can take less time than 20 seconds for a pertson to walk from one end of the stacks to another. If they were moving, the cam would get a pic like this.

wel.. the lady in grey looks more brown-ish but i think th ecam got something.... maybe a video cam could catch an other glips of her for a brief moment... i'm not a prof at telling wat's fake or not, i have to trust you on your word... but this looks real enough to me...
