I'd say this is legitimate. I see no signs of faking at all. Especially for that time.

Yeah this is considered to be very real, and with the time it was taken it would of been extremely hard to make a fake that would last even with todays computers.

Believe it or not,these photos have been studied by the experts and are widely considered to be the holey grail of ufo phots. According to the Timelife book series, all of the shadows and reflections are correct with respect to the surroundings. Also they said that based on background items that this object had to be 30m wide.
