Not ready to fly

Uploader comment: This nest was outide my neighbour's window, we watch the babies hatch from eggs, grow up and fly off into the world over last spring. I had to stick half of my body through an open window and stretch my 3 lb camera out with my right hand holding it (I'm a lefty so my left hand is much stronger). The focus isn't where I wanted it, but I still like it.

3lb camera? How did you manage with the black cloth over your head at the same time as leaning out of the window lol. Interesting pic all the same. As you say, shame about the focus. Why dont you try again?

You did well to get that I think. I tried something similar once from the back seat of a moving car, I couldn't see properly what I was trying to take a pic of so just stuck my hand out the window and pointed the camera in the direction hoping I'd get lucky and get a decent pic. lol...I was miles off the target and ended up with sky more than anything.
