Uploader comment: This was taken in a basement of an old orphanage in preston lancashire. My brother was renovating it, and usually took before and after shots of his work. The whole picture was filled with millions of orbs all different sizes. i zoomed in and noticed a baby floating in the middle. another picture was taken seconds later, only there was no orbs at all?????

This does look vaguely like a baby, or a teletubbie. Thanks for the shot but it would be good if you could post the other pictures (zoomed out shot, orbs etc.) Orbs are often dust particles highlighted by a flash. There will be alot of airborne particles in an old building that is being renovated, as I'm sure your brother will confirm.
