A pir has been arrested after killing a volunteer with the intention of bringing him back to life.
The peculiar incident took place in Pakistan's Bahawalnagar district where Muhammad Sabir, a pir from the village of Mubarakabad, announced that he was able to raise the dead.

In an ill-advised effort to demonstrate this talent, Sabir started looking for a volunteer who was ready and willing to have his life taken from him so that he could then be miraculously resurrected again in front of a live audience.
On Wednesday a crowd gathered to watch as Sabir killed 40-year-old Muhammad Niaz on a table in the village square. As he uttered the words needed to bring the body back to life however it became all too apparant that the 'miracle' had been a failure and that the volunteer was well and truly dead.

Sabir was arrested by local police officers shortly afterwards as he attempted to flee the scene.

The Pir needs to understand you can't apply everything to real life.

He woke up one day thinking he has power over life and death and decided to go into the village to tell people of his new powers and put those powers to the test LMAO. He went mentally ill or lost his mind. I suspect so were the people that had any faith in this.

That is just like the hard core catholics. Any thing their pope, priests say is law. Right up there with the so-called 10 commandments.

It's hard for me to understand how anyone can be this stupid. Common sense tells you, or would if you had any, that once you cut the man's throat you aren't going to bring him back because he has no blood left. I wonder which part they didn't understand. I think that if one believes that they can resurrect the dead then a lack of blood is not a problem to them.

I thought dumb and dumber was a movie... Yes, and there are many more folks starring in it than are mentioned.

He had to have practiced this on somebody or something before the big show...right? And if it didn't work then, surely there would have been no big show...right? So that leaves me to wonder about the practice part....gulp! Just joking people!
