Girl in new bid for world's longest tongue

Image Credit: YouTube / Adrianne Lewis The Michigan teenager is hoping that her huge oral appendage, which measures at least four inches in length, will earn her a place in the record books ahead of the current record holder Nick Stoeberl whose tongue measures around 3.97 inches long.

Adrianne, who has her own channel on YouTube, is now well known for performing some impressive feats which include licking her own nose and even her eyeballs using her record-breaking tongue."In elementary school I was made fun of a lot," she said. "I would just flick my tongue in bullies' faces and freak them out."

A similar record, that of the world's widest tongue, is currently held by 47-year-old Byron Schlenker whose enormous tongue measures a whopping 2.89 inches across.

"Most people are just surprised I can talk normally," he said during a press interview. "I get stopped by people at the grocery store or when I'm out in town to take a picture."
